The company is positioned for utility-scale PV, BESS and associated electrical-infrastructure projects, with a preferred project range of approximately 10–100 MW.

For EPC and large defined construction packages, PannonWatt provides overall contract and project management, technical coordination, HSE and QA/QC leadership. PROJECT READINESS

Delivery Readiness

PannonWatt combines established project-management systems, scalable workforce capacity, Romanian operational readiness and structured HSE, quality and commercial processes to support utility-scale project mobilisation and delivery.

Workforce & Mobilisation
39 direct employees across management, engineering, site management, supervision, HSE, QA/QC and electrical functions, with scalable partner capacity of up to approximately 250 people. Normal mobilisation is approximately 8–10 weeks, subject to project requirements.

Romania & Compliance
Registered Romanian branch in Oradea, with cross-border workforce documentation, A1 certificates and posted-worker processes supported through project-specific compliance preparation and local specialist resources where required.

HSE & Quality
Management systems include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VAZ-SCC** and ISO 27001. PannonWatt reports no fatal, serious or significant environmental incidents during the past five years.

Commercial & Tender Readiness
Indicative proposal preparation is approximately 10 working days depending on the RFQ or tender package. Pricing is project-specific and BOQ-driven, with EUR contracting, performance security and project-required insurance arrangements supported subject to final contractual review.

Major plant and specialist construction equipment can be mobilised through qualified subcontractors, rental partners and project-specific capacity commitments according to the agreed construction scope.
